How much collagen is in each serving?
Each 2-scoop (20g) serving delivers 11g of hydrolyzed collagen peptides from grass-fed, pasture-raised bovine. Those are Types I and III, the collagen types that make up skin, hair, nails, tendons and joints. That is also 11g of protein and 100 calories per serving.
What does the Collagen Creamer taste like?
Rich, smooth and lightly sweet, like a proper coffee-shop creamer rather than a protein powder. Vanilla is warm and creamy, Chocolate leans toward a mocha, Salted Caramel is buttery with a hint of salt, Hazelnut is toasty, and White Chocolate Mint is cool and indulgent. Because it is sweetened with monk fruit instead of sugar, there is no cloying aftertaste.
Will it clump in my coffee?
Not if you add the powder to your mug first and pour the hot coffee over the top. That is the trick our reviewers recommend most. Stirring it into a cup that is already full takes a bit more work. A handheld frother gets you a perfectly smooth, cafe-style cup every time.
Does it contain any sugar, artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols?
No. Total sugars: 0g. Added sugars: 0g. We sweeten lightly with monk fruit extract. No cane sugar, no sucralose, no aspartame, and no sugar alcohols like erythritol or maltitol.
Is it keto-friendly and dairy-free?
Yes to both. There are 3g of total carbs per serving, 2g of which is dietary fiber, plus 5g of fat from coconut-derived MCT oil, which fits comfortably in most keto plans. It is completely dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free and non-GMO.
How many servings are in a pouch?
Each 8.47 oz (240g) pouch contains 12 servings at the full 2-scoop dose. Plenty of customers split one serving across two cups, since it is quite rich, which stretches a pouch to around 24 cups.
When is the best time to drink it?
Whenever you would normally reach for creamer. Most people use it in their morning coffee, which makes it easy to stay consistent, and consistency is what matters with collagen. It is caffeine-free on its own, so it works just as well in an evening tea or a bedtime hot chocolate.
Can men use it too?
Absolutely. Collagen is a structural protein. Skin, hair, nails, tendons, cartilage and joints all rely on it, regardless of gender. The formula is designed for both men and women, with no added hormones.
Where is it made?
Our company and manufacturing facility are located in Clearwater, Florida. The creamer is produced in a cGMP-compliant facility, and all ingredients are sourced from top-tier suppliers and subject to rigorous testing. No added hormones, no fillers.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
The creamer is caffeine-free and made from simple food ingredients, but as with any supplement we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before regular use.
