Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Matcha Mushroom Blend Powder
- 1 cup almond milk (or dairy of choice)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp stevia, monk fruit, or honey
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice until it's warm (but not boiling).
- In a separate cup, add the Matcha Green Tea Blend and a little hot water. Whisk until smooth.
- Combine the Matcha mixture with the warm pumpkin milk.
- Add your choice of sweetener and stir well.
- Garnish with a pinch of pumpkin spice, if desired.
