Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Matcha Mushroom Blend Powder
  • 1 cup almond milk (or dairy of choice)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp stevia, monk fruit, or honey

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice until it's warm (but not boiling).
  2. In a separate cup, add the Matcha Green Tea Blend and a little hot water. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Combine the Matcha mixture with the warm pumpkin milk.
  4. Add your choice of sweetener and stir well.
  5. Garnish with a pinch of pumpkin spice, if desired.
